We just went to Alibaug and decided to stay at Audumbar after reading the google reviews and on the recommendation of Pooja (owner/manager) but was completely disappointed. We had friends visiting from Hyderabad and it was not a good experience at all. Unhygienic, the caretaker Pravin was a big disappointment. He was not proactive at all, everything had to be told to him. The villa was not properly cleaned before we reached. Toilets were dirty, door knobs, hand showers were faulty and many more issues. The food was the biggest turn-off even though the previous reviews were positive. Not sure if this was a one-off case with us or the previous reviews are one-sided or biased. I would not recommend this to my friends and network in the future. I still believe that resorts/hotels are better options as that industry is much professional and knows the pros and cons.

A very beautiful, clean and well maintained Villa located in the midst of a village having its own private clean swimming pool not much away from Kihim beach and Teenvira dam nearby. An apt place to hang out with family or friends. Spacious, well-designed rooms with an amazing view of the mountains. Impressive service provided by the caretaker/staff which was very courteous and accommodating. Variety of food items under seafood and chicken, to choose from and every dish was lip-smackingly delicious. Overall a very good experience with brilliant customer service and tasty food. Definitely a place I would re-visit again.

We had been for a spinsters celebration & must say fantastic place to go and relax. Amazing hygiene ,well maintained property,great food & vibe. The caretakers are really humble and polite. Very safe for girls and also a nice and positive place.

It was a wonderful experience staying there. The villa is well maintained organised. The staff there was very much co-operative, respectful and was serving us fresh meals till late nights. The food taste was also too good. It was worth going there. A perfect happy vibe place.

We had a great stay in Alibaug thanks to Mr Pravin, Pooja and the whole team of Audumber villa. The place is well maintained and Pravin is very accommodating of our requests. Spacious rooms, a cozy and comfortable hall and outside seating, homestyle food, and quiet close to the the jetty and Kihim Beach. Food options can be improved and expanded.

We stayed here for three days with our pet dog.The caretaker Mr.Pravin is very friendly.The property is spacious, clean and beautiful, with a garden and a swimming pool. Breakfast and dinner were a part of our package. Dinner we relished many Maharastrian veg and nonveg options. Breakfast menu needs improvement.
