The bungalow photos uploaded online are quite decent but in reality it is not after stepping in bungalow. Quite poor service and food. We had partly paid the amount ideally rest left over amount is paid when we are about to leave which is during checkout time. They asked us for money immediately after lunch. Kitchen was poorly maintained and no cleanliness at all. They literally had no good utensils for snacks. We wanted to cook a small meal for small baby but hygiene was not maintained at all in the kitchen. Below the sofas there were cigarettes n ashes tray kept which was quite bad experience for children. The food was not good at all. Mosquitos in the bungalow. At night the given bedsheets were just smelling and were not clean at all, yucks basic amenities also were provided to us in very unhygienic way. So overall bad experience. And would give negative rating to the owner n caretaker and food manager. Would not even refer FELIX Villa bungalow which is in lonavala to anyone in any scenario.

We recently booked a property through O'side Hotels, and while the service was really helpful and good, the property itself was a major disappointment. The booking process and customer service from O'side Hotels were excellent, and the food was really delicious, which we enjoyed thoroughly. However, the property was not at all as it appeared in the photos provided. There was zero cleanliness, with dirty toilets and bathrooms. Multiple cigarette butts were found in the corners of the bedroom and hall, and there was moss on the terrace and front yard, making it difficult to walk around. Overall, the property was not worth the price considering its poor condition. These issues made our stay very uncomfortable and unpleasant. Despite the helpful service from O'side Hotels and the delicious food, the state of the property overshadowed the entire experience. To improve, the property needs to ensure accurate representation in photos, implement strict cleanliness and hygiene standards, and regularly maintain outdoor areas to prevent issues like moss growth. I would not recommend this property to others in its current state.

The bunglow is nicely made up and location is good. All the 4 bedrooms are master with self attached bathrooms. A good terrace. Plenty of parking inside the premises. The drawing room is large and a nice cosy place. However housekeeping and refurbishment of the premises is desired. The pool is just about okay.

Nice place to be at. Caretaker was really helpful. No disturbances from anybody. Nice property. Interior was also really nice. The only bad thing was that bathroom water supply was not working in 2 bathrooms at night and the geyser was really bad in the other bathroom. One rooms AC was not working, 1 Hall a/c was not working so it was little hot in the hall as it’s a huge place. Apart from this, it’s a nice property for a good stay!

Interior is too good, Its very Spacious. Rooms and wash room are very clean, Care taker is very friendly in nature. The only negative point is food. The food which we ordered form the resort was very bad. Wont suggest to order the food. Location is also very close by and roads are also proper.

It's a nice Villa. Caretaker is too good. Cleaning is good. Carrom bord was damaged and no net (jaali). Other all things was good. Food was very good. Sound system was nice. Swimpool was clean as a water tank. Low hight persons can't go in pool as it is flat. It should be like swimming pool where everyone can enjoy. Shubangi Maidam is very soft and co operative. She co operated on every movement when we needed. We will visit again shortly.

The only word i have for this place is WOW. A great place to stay at a very affordable price. 4 a big hall,all equipped kitchen, 4 large bedrooms and a large terrace with a great view, this bungalow was an absolute delight for us. Swimming pool is an icing on the cake. Comfortable beds, great caretaker and proximity to Lonavla market are just additional features. Good for both groups of friends and families, this place is surely a great pact to stay.

Very nice Bungalow near khapoli, 3 Bhk with personal Swimming pool, a good parking lot with space to place cricket underarm like kids Do. Cleaning is little slow by the caretaker people, some water problems in some of the washrooms. Overall rated 7/10.

Timeless elegance in a relaxing setting near mountains” Have heard about 29 Bungalows for year and was so excited to book a trip there! It lived up to its reputation of being a fine Felix Villa. The views from front room were gorgeous, loved having a roomy balcony in which to wind down after a day, relaxing by the gorgeous pool. The room was ample size, the bed super comfy with luxe linens, the bathroom had nice fixtures, plush towels and top of the line toiletries. We had breakfasts, Lunch and dinner there and the menu for both had a great selection and the prices were very, very reasonable quality & quantity. it is the perfect a week getaway with family. The bungalow itself was clean, swimming pool was nice and it has a cleaning motor which constantly keeps cleaning the pool i liked that, a breathtaking view from the balcony in the morning. Ms. Pushpa the booking manager was really helpful and was very palatable during the booking, check in and check out, the house keeper was friendly and polite.

One of the worst maintained bungalows in Khandala. Absolutely unhygienic and filthy. the drawing room was all broken , the kitchen was filthy , most of the lights were broken, the pool was dirty, the linen , cupboards were dirty . Drawing room AC was not functional. It is not safe to stay in this bungalow. absolutely putrid. dangerous to stay. The caretaker ok.

Villa is good location wise and area wise. But attention to small small details needs improvement like evening lighting is very bad All Rooms Ac were not working , remote had no batteries.. TV remote was missing..kitchen didn't had baisc things like Salt, sugar etc Utensils were not appeared to be clean. We faced drinking water issue as purifier become non operational and there is no backup plan as bunglow is away from shops and caretaker doesn't have vehicle

The stay was good as usual although the refund issue was unfair. The carrom replacement also did not happen as it was informed a day prior. Rest, the villa is very good to have short vacation. Cheers!

18 of us stayed from the 25th to the 28th of July. We were blessed by a beautiful whether and great hospitality. The rooms are clean and cosy. Bahadur the care taker is very cooperative. The swimming pool is well maintained. We had a great time staying at this place. Highly recommended for group stay.

Extremely dirty villa with cockroaches in the entire villa specially the kitchen , Service of the care taker is very very poor , isn’t helpful at all . They serve food but don’t have spoons and the plates are kept very dirty . some ACs and WiFi wasn’t working . Complaints raised by us weren’t resolved at all. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay in felix villa
